Responsible for staff development and training, managing customer enquiries, updating and implementing company policies, and quality assurance across the company.
Runs keyholding and mobile response operations, managing existing client relationships and carrying out security assessments for new customers.
Looks after new and existing manned guarding clients, developing security solutions and making sure every contract is mobilised and maintained to standard.
Area Manager, Leicester
Based at the Leicester office, making sure services across the region run smoothly.
Supports the operations team, from assisting with site surveys to the screening and vetting of candidates and maintaining employee files.
The management team above is backed by 152 licensed officers protecting 1,021 sites, with 8 response vehicles out every night across the East Midlands. Alarm response averages 28 minutes and the control room runs 24/7.
