What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, company, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry, including how urgent it is. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that conversation and your contact details.

We do not collect anything through this website that you have not typed in yourself.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide security services if you become a client. That is it. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and on the performance of a contract once you engage us.

We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not use them for marketing you have not asked for.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are stored in the systems we use to run the business, such as our website hosting and our customer relationship management system. Those providers process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not pass your details to any other third party unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Details relating to a client contract are kept for the life of the contract plus the period we need them for legal, accounting and insurance purposes.
